Anonymous information refers to data that cannot be tied back to a specific individual. For example, Custody Match collects some information each time a visitor comes to our site so we can improve the overall quality of the visitor's online experience. Custody Match uses a web site statistics feature that collects the visitor's IP address, visitor country and state, visitor activity data, referring data, browser type, operating system, search engine data, and more.

When Your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Will NOT Be Private
CustodyMatch.com, ("Custody Match") is a client/attorney matching company. Your privacy is important to us and we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. Upon presenting your case to attorneys you choose, you will be asked, "Would you like to receive a phone call from the attorney(s) you selected that have been presented with your case?". How you respond to this question is important. If you wish for ALL attorneys you selected who have been presented with your case to see your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) (i.e. first name, last name, phone number), then it will be released to the attorneys. By selecting this option you give permission to Custody Match to release your first name, last name, and phone number to ALL attorneys you selected so they can contact you. In other words, you will not be anonymous and your PII will be released. If you have concerns about your privacy or the handling of your Personally Identifiable Information PII (i.e. first name, last name, and phone number ) do not select this option.
Opt-out of receiving further marketing materials
We may send you information about our various products and services, or other products and services we feel may be of interest to you. Only Custody Match (or agents or contractors working on behalf of Custody Match and under confidentiality agreements) are authorized to send you these direct mailings. If you do not want to receive such mailings, you can tell us when you give us your personal information. Or, at any time, you can opt-out of receiving further marketing materials from Custody Match by sending us an e-mail.
