Submitting a review of a judge you have knowledge or experience with is one way to voice your opinion and concerns and others may be able to benefit from such information.
Will My Personal Information be Revealed to Others?
No. Your personal information collected in the "Your Information" section is stored with CustodyMatch.com. In some cases we may want to follow up with you regarding your judge review. For example, if several similar reviews are submitted regarding a particular judge we may want to validate it with the source. One of our goals is to analyze patterns of judical conduct, judicial behavior, rulings, and opinions via public reviews so others can benefit.
What Should I Include in My Judge Review?
Let's start with what you should not include in the judge review section. Please do not include any personally identifiable information, names of individuals involved in your case, or any other information you would not want viewable and available to the public. Please answer all questions in the "Your Judge Review" section and keep your answers brief and to the point.
